Acting as an authorized representative and Agent for esteemed Strata Insurance Companies, we specialize in arranging quotations to secure the most advantageous premiums and exceptional value for the Owners Corporation.
We diligently manage all aspects of Insurance Claims on behalf of the Owners Corporation, overseeing the entire process from initiation to settlement. This includes coordinating necessary works, liaising with insurers, and providing continual monitoring of the claim’s progress.
Our services extend to facilitating and organizing Insurance Valuations in accordance with recommended frequencies or as instructed by the Committee or as resolved by the Owners Corporation.

We uphold a proactive approach to maintaining open lines of communication with the committee and the Owners Corporation (OC) chairperson. We provide regular updates on pending or any anticipated matters, aligning with the needs of the OC and/or as instructed by the OC chair.
We remain readily available to assist with Committee Meetings, providing support where necessary or where specifically requested.
